Starting a blog is not a difficult job. But promoting and building a commentator’s community on your blog is very difficult. First of all you always have to post useful and helpful content so people can comment on them. But there are some other ways too which can gain commentator’s interest to post comments. Use following plugins to increase comments on your blog.

1. Show someone on top of your list

   Use top commentators to display the user along with the number of comments he passed and a link to his post. Everyone loves to be linked from external sites. Download Top Commentator

2. Do Follow Comments (Give me some link love)

   Everyone wants a link back to their website when passing a comment.  Blogs always pass nofollow backlinks to commentator’s sites by default. 3. WP-Gravatar

4. CommentLuv

   This is a great plugin. It will provide a little love to your commentators by giving them a link back to their most recent blogpost. When a commentator is writing a comment and insert his feed url, this plugin will fetch the most recent blogpost of his own and give them a link back. 5. Threaded Comments

   By default, you can’t make any reply to the comments of other people. You can only comment/reply on the blogpost. But with threaded comments, you can now reply to other people’s comments just like a threaded forum. Download Threaded Comments
